Climb hours: Up at The O2 climbs take place from 10am to 7:45pm in the summer and 10am to 6pm in the winter.
Duration: The entire experience takes about 90 minutes to complete. The first part includes your briefing and time to get into your climb gear. The climb will take approximately an hour, depending on the speed of the group.

Yes, but do note that Up at The O2 is 52m high and involves an ascent and descent of up to 30 degrees. Once you’ve started the climb, you have to complete it. However, your guide will be with you the whole way and is trained to help you complete the climb. There is also a rescue team on site for anyone who requires extra assistance. If you're scared or worried you will not be able to climb, you will not be given a refund, so choose carefully before you book your tickets.
Absolutely! Safety is a top priority at Up at The O2. Before the climb, you’ll get a full safety briefing and be fitted with a harness and climb suit. You’ll be attached to a safety cable throughout the entire journey.
